MILOS began as the brainchild of young Czech DJ Franti Zykan, who started manufacturing truss in a small garage in the Czech Republic in 1994. He named the company MILOS in honour of his grandfather, who had played an important role in his childhood.

From the very beginning, Franti built MILOS around two simple principles: quality truss should be straightforward and affordable. Customers quickly embraced this philosophy, and the company began to grow. Within just a few years, MILOS opened a second office in Germany, followed by further expansion into the UK, the United States and China.

Today, more than a quarter of a century after those beginnings in a small Czech garage, MILOS has grown into an international brand with a presence in 40 countries around the world.

Behind MILOS today is a dedicated team of professionals and two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Europe and China. Both manufacturing facilities use a unique production system developed in-house in the Czech Republic and inspired by flexible manufacturing processes used in the automotive industry.

Designed to respond efficiently to constantly changing production priorities, the system enables MILOS to manufacture high-quality truss quickly and consistently while keeping production costs under control. The company continues to refine and improve its manufacturing processes year after year.
